  • What is your minimum spend?

    Great news: we don’t have a minimum spend for online purchases or custom wedding orders. We are passionate about what we do and are happy to oversee the design and planning process, regardless of the size of the order.

  • Am I able to see my flowers before you post them?

    You sure can. We’re always happy to provide photographs or a video to ensure you love your wedding flowers as much as we know you want you to. We’re on the same team here!

    You can request changes if your wedding flowers just needs a tweak or two to make them perfect for you!

  • Do you make artificial flower arrangements that aren't listed in your online store?

    We absolutely do! Just send us through a picture of what you’re vibing and we’ll provide a quote.

  • Is it hard to make artificial flower arrangements?

    Yes, it is very challenging and takes years of practice to perfect the craft.

    Creating quality artificial flower arrangements requires good design skills, understanding of where to get quality stock, understanding of mechanics/how to hold everything together, knowledge of how to use floristry tools, and which flowers work best as feature flowers or filler flowers, etc.

  • My wedding is still months away. Can I secure my booking with a deposit?

    Yes, we recommend that you do this for two reasons:

    1. Our suppliers are regularly updating their stock and we may sell out before you get your order in. By securing your booking early, your order is on our radar and ensures we can lock down the supplies needed.

    2. In peak periods, we can book out.

  • How do I clean artificial flowers?

    Super easy. Just blow off any dust.

    If they require a little something more, you can wipe them gently with baby wipes.

    The flowers can handle a dab of water, the main thing is just to ensure they’re dried thoroughly.
